Black turtle beans should be soaked overnight, and then boiled for approximately one hour (or until tender). cooked beans can be used in salads, soups, stews, as a dip, and more. For best cooking results: 1. Rinse & drain 2. Soak in unsalted water overnight 3. Drain, add to pot with fresh cold unsalted water, slowly bring to a boil until the beans are tender, 2 to 3 hours approximately.
