So I tried these Nature Craft Apple Cider Vinegar first. I was hoping they would help me lose weight, because drinking Apple Cider Vinegar is GROSS. Drinking it was recommend by my doctor. When I first opened the bottle the smell was OVERWHELMING of ACV!!!! I was kind of grossed out, but I ate one. It was STRONG but a million times better than drinking the acv. The next day, a lot of the strong smell was gone and the the pills were a little better. By the end of day four or five, the smell was not bad at all and the pills started tasting good. So don’t let the first day or two detour you, I think it’s that the bottle has been closed for so long. I must admit, I had no weight loss BUT my heartburn was GONE after about a week. No “little purple pills for me.” About that time I noticed my GI system was A LOT better. I use to feel bloated and have all sorts of bathroom issues-just like that GONE! A friend said she used the famous brand starting with a G that you see advertised everywhere and she loved them. So I bought two bottles, of the other brand. I took them for a week. Let me say, Natures Craft is sweet and you taste a slight ACV to it. The famous G brand you taste the slight ACV taste AND chemicals. The flavor is GROSS! So now I have a bottle and a half of the famous “G” brand that I can’t stomach and I’m out of Nature’s Craft. It’s been three months and I take one at breakfast and one before dinner. My blood sugar is better, I am a diabetic, my GI system is much better-I’m not always running to the bathroom and best of all MY HEARTBURN is gone and no pills needed. I’m hoping it may help me shed a few pounds but as of right now, I’m THRILLED with what it’s done. Don’t let the big name fool you, Apple cider vinegar gummies that taste like ACV and chemicals are GROSS! I read all the claims that people write about those gummies and think they must be PAID. I gave my girlfriend a few of the Natures Craft Apple Cider Vinegar gummies and she’s switched. If you can’t stand the flavor, you won’t take them. You end up really enjoying them. I now open the bottle, but close it and let it sit a few days opening it a few times. You will end up looking forward to taking these, just give it a few days. I’m hooked!

This was a blind buy for me as I was looking for something for digestive health. It’s been about 3 weeks and I do see a difference. I will consider another purchase in the future.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I started taking these gummies. I cleared them with my doctor first because I am on medicine and check with him for anything new. He had no problem approving them When I took the first two, which is the recommended daily dose, I also took my weight on the scale. I had read the other reviews before buying them and wanted a good comparison. Well, needless to say, my outcome has been different than many of the other people who take these gummies. My weight has gone down about two pounds but that isn't the good part. My weight usually shifts between a 5 pound range anyhow. The most amazing and wonderful thing I have discovered is that my stomach has started to flatten out for the first time in as long as I can remember. I am thrilled about it. I have tried all kinds of things to achieve a flatter stomach, including diets, exercise, prayers. You name it. But it was as simple as taking 2 little gummies daily that actually taste good, and that has done the trick. I definitely would recommend these Natures Craft All Natural Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies to anyone who wants to flatten their stomachs or lose a couple of pounds with only lifting your fingers to your mouth once a day! I will continue taking these and recommending them to my other friends who will appreciate knowing how they can flatten their tummies too. PS Today standing in front of my house a lady walked by and stopped to tell me how much thinner I look now and how flat my stomach is getting. No kidding!

Not sure about the affects on weight loss and help with bloating yet but I do feel less tired and more alert in the morning even with little amount of sleep, the taste is mild hint of apple cider vinegar almost tart so I do squint a bit upon taking it (I don’t do tart or sour too well haha)I will update if anything changes and if I see a significant difference physically lol.
