Product description ------------------- Paxo sage and onion stuffing is the perfect for professional caterers, consistently delivering results. Low in fat and low in sugar. It can be used for all meats as stuffing balls, tray baked, as a coating for chicken breats, or even as a seasoning, flavouring or thickener. Try adding 2 chopped rashers of crispy cooked bacon to the stuffing mix and use for a topping or filling for cheese covered chicken breasts. Contains no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colours, preservatives and no added MSG. Suitable for vegetarians. Each pack is 2.5kg and makes approximately 250 portions. There are 2 packs in each wholesale case. - 1. Place the required amount of Paxo in to a mixing bowl along with the correct amount of boiling water and stir well. 2. For indulgent stuffing add 10g of butter per 100g of stuffing mix when stirring. 3. Allow to stand for 15minutes. 4. Either spread into a greased ovenproof dish, and bake at 220?C / 425?F / Fan 200?C / Gas Mark 7 for 25-30minutes, or form the stuffing into balls and place on a greased proof baking tray, and bake at 220?C / Gas Mark 7 for 20-25minutes.
