Very cute !! But I am glad that I read the reviews - especially from the customer who suggested to cut the top of the square Kleenex box to facilitate pulling the tissue up. Without that hint it would be hard to get continuous "tissue feed"

This is our 3rd purchase as we love these whimsical boxes. Cute and useful and go anywhere.

Really cute, but trouble getting the tissues out of the chimney.

It *is* plastic. Quite lightweight and easily cleanable. Thickness is good - about the same as an american quarter; enough for it to keep it's shape well and not warp. There was a label on it but I didn't have any trouble removing it. Other people mentioned removing the top of the carboard tissue box but I don't find that to be worth the trouble. I just get the first tissue or two going, pop the cover over it and tease out the first tissue. I find that getting a tissue out is about the same as when I just have the box of tissues with no cover. Sometimes I can get one out one handed, sometimes I need two hands. This is not an issue for me since I bought two of these and I tend to kind of move them around the house, so I like them more as an asthetic thing (cute little house vs ugly/randomly patterned cardboard) rather than a "make it easier to get a tissue" thing so, if getting tissues out using only one hand is important to you, be aware that these are light and have no bottom to them and you will need to figure something out to make this work for you. I am highly satisfied with these.

This is very nice for an inexpensive tissue cover. It looks cute and clean. I love the house shape, and the tissue peeking out of the chimney as "smoke" is especially sweet. It's very light, being made out of a matte plastic material. I'll be purchasing a couple more in the near future. This is a great extra gift to have on hand, and I wouldn't mind having these cover all the tissue boxes in my home.

TISSUE BOX I had previously bought the White Umbra casa Tissue cover and found it quite charming, but seeing it it as a blank slate I couldn't help but start to think of ways to customize my little house. The house works super well and was perfectly cute by its self before adding decoration tape. It fits your average tissue box perfectly and creates the illusion of a puff of smoke emerging from the chimney, tissues pull out with little to no resistance so you don't need to worry about taking the box with you when you go to grab a piece. WASHI TAPE That was when I discovered this washi tape. I found designs of washi tape that really appealed to me and decided to decorate the tissue cover. It worked fantastically! Here I used skinny washi tape as a boarder between the roof and main shape of the house and larger washi tape for the large areas. It worked brilliantly. Its perfect for temporary decor or for journals and scrap books, I could also see this working swell on lockers and mirrors. It worked really well in over lapping layers and for my purpose, I followed up by reinforcing the ends of the tape with clear masking tape (I imagine packing tape would work just as well or better for clarity). Over all they are both great products with a lot of creative potential!

Five stars for appearance three for overall function which would improve if it had some weight to hold the cover down so the tissue can escape the cute chimney.

This tissue box cover is so cute! I love that it’s white so I can paint it to match my decor. It’s a nice quality plastic. I ordered two, one for each bathroom. Now I’d like more for my other rooms. I might even paint it to look like a farm house. Fits perfect over the square boxes of tissue. Looks like a chimney with a billow of smoke.
