Pretty descent shelf holders. These fit really nicely into some fairly thin lumber and offer good support. The dimensional specs listed were almost spot on and I was able to router most tracks ahead of arrival. I did not use the fasteners supplied and used some drywall Molly's from Lowes instead. I ended up needing to use some small washers to assist in anchoring the brackets to the wall and routed a screw head relief on each side of the post to ensure everything sat flush.Keep the screws a bit loose to arrange the posts and then tighten it all down when you have them aligned and level.Do a lot of measuring and use a laser level!

Exactly what I expected

The product seems well made and served its purpose however it would be nice if the bracket was countersunk so the screw head fit flush to the surface. Not only do I have to router out the bracket inset but I have to drill a hole for the head of the screw to fit into the shelf. I simply countersink the bracket myself on the drill press but most people wouldn’t be able to do that…

Well made, simple. Only thing is the post is metric. Not ⅜ not ½. It’s 10mm. Oh well, I needed more tools and am happier in metricland anyway.

Concept seems cool. I counter sunk it, but the shelf slopes down. Pretty sure it had dented the drywall. They are sturdy, I don’t believe it is because of any issue with the product. Oh well, worth a try.

I thought this product worked really fine. I appreciate that. It wasn’t way overpriced like some other ones. I would definitely use again.

I ordered three sets of the brackets (total 12 individual ones). The 10 of them are in good shape. For the good ones, the quality is great and the metal looks nice. However, two of them are crooked and the pegs are not perpendicular to the base. For one of them, the base plate is not flat either. So, I would say these products are good at 85% rate. If you are lucky, you would be happy with your order, or you need to prepare to order extra to make sure you have enough good ones to work with.Update: today I had a chance to install it. I am surprised that one of the pegs just came right off from the base plate! It would be dangerous if it was on the wall. In addition, my shelf is ruined since there is no way to take the peg out of the shelf. I am disappointed to find out the mechanism is just a push-in peg instead of welding or using screws, which reflects the nature of cutting corners of engineering... I am changing my rating.

With the screws provided, the slots should have a tapered countersink. The head of the screw sits higher than the support flange, causing the shelf to not seat flush to the wall..
